MEET BRIG
Brig Fenske is a yoga teacher, mother, and founder of Dreams Yoga, a growing community in the Kiama region, dedicated to movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
With a dynamic and heart-led teaching style, Brig weaves together the ancient philosophy of yoga with a modern, down-to-earth approach. Her classes invite students to move with purpose, breathe with awareness, and explore what it truly means to feel grounded — on and off the mat.
Brig first discovered yoga while working as a pharmacist, seeking calm amid the fast pace and pressure of the healthcare world. What began as a physical practice soon became a space of refuge — a way to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover joy. Over time, yoga transformed how she lived, worked, and connected with others. It became a pathway to happiness — one built not on instant gratification, but on presence, discipline, and gratitude.
Now a mother, Brig’s practice has deepened even further — teaching her patience, surrender, and the art of slowing down. She draws inspiration from the ever-changing seasons of motherhood, allowing those experiences to infuse her teaching with softness, empathy, and strength.
Brig’s approach remains rooted in authenticity — a reminder that yoga isn’t about perfection, but connection.
Through Dreams Yoga, she’s created a space where people can come as they are, to move, breathe, laugh and remember how good it feels to simply be.
