When is it safe to join?
Every pregnancy is different, so this can vary from person to person.

If you’re already exercising or have an existing yoga practice, you may feel comfortable starting earlier.
Others, particularly in the first trimester or if considered higher risk, may prefer to wait until around 12 weeks, when energy levels often improve and symptoms like morning sickness begin to settle.

If you’re unsure, it’s always best to check with your healthcare provider before starting.
